Portfolio

One of our main services is learning development. We have an incredibly talented and motivated team of developers that will transform your content into exciting, engaging and effective e-Learning and blended learning programmes. Every project is carefully planned and designed to meet the particular needs of our clients and to ensure that the training has maximum impact. We can work with and integrate a wide variety of features, media formats and techniques into each project, and we’re always looking for new and innovative ways to make training easier and more memorable.

Here are some snippets of what we’ve been up to:

CSAS eLearning Series

The Complete Sales Action System eLearning Series was developed in partnership with Bill Gibson of KBI. These 10 interactive modules cover the complete spectrum of sales and personal marketing; from client research and targeting to actual selling skills and sales management systems. The series is action and competency-based, with measurement and tracking components to ensure bottom-line results.

Difficult Conversations

The Difficult Conversations course was produced by Dr Org Linde and developed for e-learning in partnership with Bridgewater Learning. In this course you will first learn about what a difficult conversation is and the five step process to manage these conversations effectively. Then you will learn to identify the 5 typical difficult conversations in the workplace and the general guidelines for dealing with them.

Managing sales to cash profitably

This course was developed for FinSolve. In this course users will learn how to measure and ensure the successful conversion of their company’s sales into sustainable cash, in a profitable way. Converting sales to profits and then converting the profits to cash is called the “Two Step Tango”.

Development Process

We understand that not all projects are the same, but if you'd like to get an idea of how our development process usually works, we've had some fun putting together an interactive overview to explain it. Check it out here.
